Returns & Refund Policy

At Hume Health, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, our Customer Support team is here to help guide you through the return or refund process quickly and smoothly.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important:

  • To initiate a return and qualify for a refund, you must first contact our Customer Support team at support@myhumehealth.com.
  • Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or processed.

Order Cancellations

If you’ve made a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it before receiving confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

We process orders as soon as they’re placed, so if you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Support team right away at support@myhumehealth.com or through Live Chat where your request can be processed faster.

If your request is made within the first hour of placing the order, we can usually stop it before it’s processed. However, once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

You’ll still have the option to return the product once it arrives, in line with our returns policy.

Hume Health App Refund Policy

Your Hume Health app is designed to be the perfect partner for your wellness journey. If you find that it’s not the right fit, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date. Please ensure cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Important Notes on Subscription Cancellation:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll retain access to all Hume Plus features until then.
  • You must cancel through the same platform where you originally subscribed.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Apple (iOS App Store):

  1. Open your Settings app.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Select your Apple ID and choose View Apple ID.
  4. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
  5. Select Hume Plus and disable auto-renew.

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) and select Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Hume Plus and tap Cancel Subscription.

Return & Refund Policy for Devices

Requirements:

  • The device must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition.
  • The purchase must have been made directly from Hume Health.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective through troubleshooting or documentation. Refunds are processed once the returned device has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support team at support@myhumehealth.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Postal Code

Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you have the best possible experience with them.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or experience an issue covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, our Customer Support team will be happy to help with an exchange.

Before an exchange can be approved, we’ll need to complete a short troubleshooting process with you. This helps us determine whether the device is truly defective or helps us identify a bug which we can fix and ensures we’re resolving the issue in the best way possible.

If troubleshooting isn’t completed, we may not be able to confirm the fault or proceed with a replacement.
